Benefits in kind in case of temporary stay in or transfer of residence to the competent State

- For the application of Article 17 of the Convention in case of temporary stay of the member of the family referred to in Article 15, paragraph 2, of the Convention in the territory of the competent State, the Articles 9 and 10 shall be applicable by analogy. In that case the institution of the place of residence shall be considered to be the competent institution.

- For the application of Article 17 of the Convention, the competent institution may request, if necessary, the institution of the place of the last residence to supply it with information relating to the provision of benefits received immediately before the temporary stay in or the transfer of residence to the competent State.
