Refund by the competent institution or by the institution of the place of residence of one Contracting Party, of expenses of benefits in kind incurred during a stay in the territory of the other Contracting Party

- If the formalities referred to in Article 9 could not have been completed during the temporary stay, the expenses of benefits in kind shall, at the request of the person concerned, be refunded by the competent institution, or where appropriate, by the institution of the place of residence, in accordance with the refund rates administered by the institution of the place of temporary stay.

- The institution of the place of temporary stay shall, at the request of the competent institution, or, where appropriate, at the request of the institution of the place of residence, supply it with the necessary information about such rates.
