- Unless otherwise provided in this Convention pensions and other cash benefits in case of old-age, invalidity and death acquired under the legislation of one Contracting Party may not be reduced, modified, suspended or withdrawn in account of the recipient staying or residing in the territory of the other Contracting Party.

- Unless otherwise provided in this Convention cash benefits under the legislation of a Contracting Party shall be payable to persons designated in Article 3, who are staying or residing outside the territories of either Contracting Party, on the same conditions and to the same extent as to nationals of that Contracting Party who are staying or residing outside those territories.
