Application of Netherlands Legislation to the Partner or Children of Seconded Employees

- The partner or child who accompanies to Australia, an employee to whom Article 8 paragraph 2 or 3 applies shall, for any period in which he or she is not working in the territory of Australia, be subject to Netherlands' legislation and be considered to be resident in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

- The partner or child who accompanies to the Netherlands an employee to whom Article 8 paragraph 2 or 3 applies shall not be subject to Netherlands' legislation for any period in which he or she is not working in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
