- This Agreement shall enter into force after each Party has notified the other Party in writing through the diplomatic channel of its compliance with the constitutional requirements necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement.

- The date of entry into force shall be the first day of the second month after the date of the last notification, on the understanding that the Netherlands shall apply Article 6 provisionally from the first day of the second month following the date of signature.
