- This Agreement shall apply to the legislations related to the following social insurance schemes:

- (i)as regards China,
- a)Basic Old-Age Insurance for Employees;
- b)Unemployment Insurance; and
- (ii)as regards the Netherlands,
- a)old-age;
- b)unemployment;
- c)survivors.

- Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the legislation referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article shall not include treaties on social security that may be concluded between one Contracting Party and a third State, or legislation promulgated for their specific implementation.
