- An employee or self-employed person who is subject to the legislation of a Contracting Party under the provision of paragraph 2 of Article 6a, Article 6b and paragraph 2 of Article 6d shall, as well as the members of his family accompanying him, for such purposes be considered as persons who are subject to the legislation of that Contracting Party.

- If a member of the family, mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article, is gainfully occupied in the territory of the Contracting Party to which the person is posted, or receiving a pension or a cash benefit under the legislation of this Contracting Party, this person shall be subject to the legislation of this Contracting Party.
