Route Schedule to the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of the Republic of Hungary of 12th September 1991.
- 1.The airline designated by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall be entitled to operate air services on the routes specified hereunder:Points in the Netherlands - Intermediate Points - Points in Hungary - Points Beyond in both directions.
- 2.The airline designated by the Government of the Republic of Hungary shall be entitled to operate air services on the routes specified hereunder:Points in Hungary - Intermediate Points - Points in the Netherlands - Points Beyond in both directions.
Notes:
- 1.Any or all of the points on the specified routes, may, at the option of the designated airline, be omitted on any or all of the flights.
- 2.The airlines designated by the Government of the Republic of Hungary and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall be allowed to operate nights on the routes mentioned above, without restrictions as to capacity, frequency and aircraft type, in any configuration, unless and insofar it is explicitly stated otherwise in this Annex.
- 3.Each designated airline shall have the right to exercise full fifth freedom traffic rights on all intermediate and beyond points in its respective route schedule.
- 4.However, if a designated airline of a Contracting Party wishes to operate fifth freedom traffic rights on a route to/from/via a country outside Europe where a designated airline of the other Contracting Party exercises third and fourth freedom traffic rights, the exercise of these fifth freedom traffic rights shall be subject to an agreement between the designated airlines.
