The Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Hungary
being parties to the Convention on International Civil Aviation opened for signature at Chicago on the seventh day of December 1944;
desiring to contribute to the progress of international civil aviation;
desiring to conclude a new Agreement for the purpose of establishing air services between and beyond their respective territories, replacing the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic concerning civil aviation, done at Budapest on 28 May 1957.
