- The airline designated by one Contracting Party shall notify the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party, thirthy (30) days in advance, of the timetable of its intended services, specifying the frequency, type of aircraft, configuration and number of seats to be made available to the public.

- Requests for permission to operate additional flights can be submitted by the designated airline for approval directly to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party.
