Entry into Force, Application of the Agreement, and Amendment

- This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of the later written notification by either Contracting Party, through diplomatic channels, on the understanding that Article 4 shall be applied provisionally from the first day of the second month following the date of signing of this Agreement.

- In relation to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this Agreement shall only apply to the territory of the Kingdom in Europe.

- Any amendment or revision to the text of this Agreement shall be done by mutual consent of the Contracting Parties. This amendment or revision shall enter into force in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article.
