The fees and duties applied to the use of airports, their facilities and other facilities and services, as well as any charges for the use of air navigation, communication and services facilities, shall be established in accordance with the laws and regulations of each Party.
They shall not be imposed on the airlines of the other Party, charges higher than those imposed on their own airlines that operate similar international services (principle of non-discrimination, Article 15 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation).
