- The Designated Airlines of each Contracting Party shall submit for approval to the Aeronautical Authority of the other Contracting Party prior to the inauguration of its services, the timetable of intended services, specifying the frequency, the type of aircraft, and period of validity. This requirement shall likewise apply to any modification thereof.

- If a Designated Airline wishes to operate ad-hoc flights supplementary to those covered in the approved timetables, such Airline must request prior permission from the Aeronautical Authority of the Contracting Party concerned which shall give positive and favorable consideration to such request in accordance with its national requirements.
