With reference to subparagraph b of paragraph 3 of Article 5, if after conclusion of this Convention the Netherlands concludes a convention with a third state in which the furnishing of services for a period or periods of 183 days or less (the threshold) is considered to constitute a permanent establishment, then, as from the date on which the relevant convention between the Netherlands and the third state enters into force, the same threshold shall also apply under this Convention.
