- Either Party may terminate the Agreement by giving a notice of termination in writing through diplomatic channels.

- Such termination shall become effective on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of three months after the date of receipt of notice of termination by the other Party. All requests received up to the effective date of termination will be dealt with in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

- A Party that terminates the Agreement shall remain bound by the provisions of Article 9 with respect to any information obtained under this Agreement.
