- This Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Parties have informed each other in writing through diplomatic channels that the formalities and constitutional requirements for its entry into force in their respective countries have been complied with.

- The Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of the Republic of Argentina for Air Services, concluded at The Hague on 23 November 1993, shall cease to have effect on the date on which this Agreement enters into force.
