- The airline designated by each Contracting Party shall notify the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party, forty-five (45) days in advance, of the timetable of its intended services, specifying the frequency, type of aircraft, configuration and number of seats to be made available to the public.

- Requests for permission to operate additional flights can be submitted by the designated airline for approval directly to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party.
