- If either Contracting Party considers it desirable to modify any provision of this Agreement it may request consultations in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of this Agreement.

- Any modification of this Agreement decided upon during the consultations referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be agreed upon in writing between the Contracting Parties and shall take effect on a date to be determined by the Contracting Parties who shall exchange notes in that respect through diplomatic channel confirming that the constitutional requirements in their respective countries have been complied with.

- Any modification of the Annex to this Agreement which has been agreed upon by the aeronautical authorities of the Contracting Parties during the consultations referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, shall take effect on a date to be determined by the Contracting Parties who shall exchange notes in that respect through diplomatic channel.
