- Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any benefits under the legislation described in Article 2, of either Contracting Party, shall not be reduced, modified, suspended or withdrawn on account of the recipient, or the child, residing or staying in the territory of the other Contracting Party, and these benefits shall be paid in the territory of the other Contracting Party.

- Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, benefits payable under this Agreement by one Contracting Party to a person who is in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall be paid to that person when that person, or the child, is in the territory of a third State, under the same conditions and to the same extent as to nationals of the first Contracting Party, residing or staying in that third State.
