- Any enforceable court decision of either Contracting Party as well as enforceable documents issued by a competent authority or institution of either Contracting Party, in respect of social security contributions and other claims shall be recognised in the territory of the other Contracting Party.

- Recognition may be refused only if it is contrary to the public order of the Contracting Party in whose territory the decision or document should be enforced.

- The competent institutions of either Contracting Party shall lend their services in terms of this Article free of charge. Where applicable, other costs made for the execution of any enforceable decision or decree such as legal costs, are paid for by the competent institution whose decision or decree is to be executed.
