Article 15 Directors’ fees

Directors’ fees and other similar payments or remunerations derived by a resident of a Contracting State in his capacity as a member of the board of directors, or any similar organ which is similar in function, of a company which is a resident of the other Contracting State may be taxed in that other State.

For the purpose of the provisions of paragraph 1, the term “member of the board of directors” includes any person who is charged with the general management of the company and any person who is charged with the supervision thereof.
