- The airlines designated by each Contracting Party shall submit for approval to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party not less than forty-five (45) days in advance, the proposed timetable for its intended services, specifying the frequency, type of aircraft, configuration and number of seats to be made available to the public. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

- Requests for permission to operate additional flights can be submitted by the designated airlines for approval directly to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party.
