I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's letter of December 14, 2004 (ref. EA/OS-457/04) which reads as follows:

I have the honour to confirm that the proposals are acceptable for the Government of the People's Republic of China and that Your Excellency's letter and this letter in reply shall constitute an Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
