Route I:
- A.For the Kingdom of the Netherlands:The airline designated by the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall be entitled to operate the agreed services on the following route in both directions:Points in the Netherlands-two intermediate points-Beijing Shanghai and/or Nanjing
- B.For the People's Republic of China:The airline designated by the People's Republic of China shall be entitled to operate the agreed services on the following route in both directions:Points in China-two intermediate points-Amsterdam
Route II (all-cargo services):
- A.For the Kingdom of the Netherlands:The airline designated by the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall be entitled to operate the agreed all-cargo services on the following route in both directions:Points in the Netherlands-four intermediate points-Guangzhou NanjingIn the absence of the designation of an all-cargo service carrier, the Kingdom of the Netherlands may grant permission to the Netherlands airline designated on Route I to operate all-cargo services on this route.
- B.For the People's Republic of China:The airline designated by the People's Republic of China shall be entitled to operate the agreed all-cargo services on the following route in both directions: Points in China-four intermediate points-AmsterdamIn the absence of the designation of an all-cargo service carrier, the People's Republic of China may grant permission to the Chinese airline designated on Route I to operate all-cargo services on this route.
* The intermediate points of the agreed services shall be agreed upon between the two aeronautical authorities and may be changed after agreement between the aeronautical authorities.
** The designated airlines of either Contracting Party may omit on any or all flights, any point on the specified route, provided the agreed services begin and terminate on the territory of the Contracting Party designating the airline.
*** The designated airline of either Contracting Party may only exercise fifth freedom traffic rights to and from intermediate points after agreement of the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties.
